Argo Blockchain Announces Strategic Transaction with Galaxy Digital 

(24/7 MARKET NEWS) – Argo Blockchain plc (NASDAQ: ARBK) announced, this morning, that it entered into definitive agreements with Galaxy Digital Holdings, Ltd. (TSX: GLXY) under which an Argo subsidiary will sell its Helios facility, in Dickens County, Texas, for $65 million and refinance asset-backed loans with a new $35 million loan with Galaxy. Additionally, Galaxy agreed to host Argo’s mining machines located at Helios. The transactions are expected to close today.

Argo Blockchain is trading higher this morning, at $0.60, up $0.0615 (+11.42%), on 2.4 million shares traded.

Its 52-week range is $0.36 to $13.26. Its next inflection points are $0.70 and $0.75. If its trading volume increases, it’s setup is favorable for a run to the $2 level.
