WiSA Technologies Signs LOI to Acquire Comhear

(24/7 MARKET NEWS) – WiSA Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: WISA) announced, this morning, signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Comhear, Inc., a developer of AI-enabled adaptive audio technology, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2023 and be accretive the following quarter.

WiSA Technologies opened this morning’s regular trading at $2.17, hit a high of $2.68, and is now trading at $2.31, up $0.73 (+46.20%), on 28,204,118 shares traded.

Its 52-week range is $0.95 to $87.31. It’s challenging its March trading levels.
